Pathetic and Costly "Service" from We Buy Cars Dome for the customer

I have been struggling since inception on decding to buy a car from we buy cars Dome. They load your information incorrectly and it takes 8 excruciating days to obtain finance to find out later that they loaded you as a sole proprietor. They will not communicate with you that you cannot collect your car and refuse to pay for your Uber back to Pretoria. That cost was R980 and the whole day wasted. The car gets serviced at a non Nissan dealership and you have problems with leaking fuel filters. You do notify them telephonically and per Whats App messages as they do love to work through Whats App as a communication medium. They refuse to call you back when you as a customer as questioning where the license disk and new number plates are. Only when you actually turn to another branch of We Buy Cars in Pretoria then the truth is revealed. The truth is that no one bothered to take out the license disk before the roadworthy expired - they had 3.5 weeks to take out the disk before the roadworthy expired. They also then expect the customer to take the car for roadworthy. They also refer you to the people that they used to service the car to sort out the leaking fuel filter - after you informed them that the vehicle will not pass roadworthy. They are not bothered at al with after sales care or the customers. Everything is a dead end as far as any action that is required from them - the General manager of We Buy cars has not even read any of my Whats Apps tht I have sent. The only they did was arrange on order nr for the roadworthy that was sent via Whats App. It was also expected of me to call point S where the car was serviced and the generic fuel filter was put in the car and started to leak over December period - to negotiate and explain the situation to him. They also do not call you back.

In the end I had to take the car to get the fuel filter replaced at a Nissan dealer and pay Nissan R2500. I had to go and fetch new number plates and find out that the car had to go for a roadworthy test again because they failed to take out the disk when the first roadworthy was valid. I had to pay for ubers from Pretoria to the Dome to find out that my car wasn't ready to take and they refused to pay for the Uber back. I had to pay for that Uber and also paying for an Uber to go and fetch the car from Nissan whilst the fuel filter was replaced with the geniune Nissan part. I also have had to make phone calls to We Buy Cars and no one ever comes back to you. And on top of that loosing 2 working days being self employed to sort out a car that I have paid an excorbetant amount of licensing and registration and a useless warranty that I will paying for for the next 60 months.

The customers are nothing to We Buy Cars Dome - you will never see me there again
