Pathetic aftersales services !!!

To start with you will notice that i used hellopeter.com in the past for positive reviews of compenies.Not this time however! Salesman is Ashley Brackenfell branch Absolute terrible after sales service!!! My son bought a car 2 months ago. There is a problem with the top gasket. Vehicle was sold to him like that. Didnt know what the problem was at first. We buy cars dont want Steves Auto Clinic, who they said he can go to, to strip the car as they say Steves Auto Clinic charges too much. He must now take the car somewhere else who can only look at car on Monday. He has no transport to get to work and they dont want to assist with alternative transport. We have all communication on whatsapp and phone as proof.
