Pathetic After Sales Service

Purchased a vehicle with an existing manufacturer warranty from the PMB branch on 28th March. Lungelo was my salesperson.

To date, the branch refuses to transfer the warranty from the previous owner's name onto mine, which means I am currently driving a vehicle without warranty a month later. The manufacturer of the vehicle has confirmed that the dealership is aware of the requirements to transfer the warranty and this should have been done at the time of sale.

Requests for responses via telephone and email have fallen on deaf ears and when we do manage to get hold of them it's once excuse after another.

We have sent emails to everyone included in all emails since purchase but not one individual has bothered to respond. I have even done half the work for them to try and expedite the process but still nothing.

During the sale the service was great (so they could get the sale, obviously) but after sales service at the PMB branch is beyond pathetic. I will never refer anyone to purchase a vehicle from the branch, especially with Lungelo as the sales person. I had initially given excellent reviews to their call centre after purchasing the vehicle, little did I know getting a response thereafter would be such an uphill battle.
