Pathetic after sale service

Let me start by saying the only reason I rate them 1 is because it is the lowest option available, I bought a vehicle at the Dome branch about 4 to 5 months ago and I've been struggling to get a refund for the license fees, I've send numerous messages, mails but seems that they don't care about customers after they made sales. In my book We Buy Cars is a minus100 out of 10. Will not do business with them again.
