Pathetic!!!

Again very unhappy with we buy cars. Sold my bakkie now i need to have my tracking unit removed tech went to we buy cars JHB South. For the manager to only find the key but not the vehicle. Checked on the tracking app and the vehicle is in the showroom. So they are too lazy to look for the vehicle. They can press the remote while walking through to see for lights flickering but obviously its too much of a hassle. I cant get a direct number to the branch according to help line. So how does one get hold of them. Totally pathetic!!!
