Ownership documents

Bought a car on the 17th May 2024 from we buy cars Germiston branch. Bought the car cash, licence disc had expired last year already. Was advised that they would do the change in ownership and send me my documents to my nearest we buy cars branch. They're turn around time in 21 days. I followed up with the salesman who assisted me by the name of Simon and he was rude to me telling me about the 21 days story. I then complained here on this platform last week and a guy called me to tell me the documents are ready, I told him no one notified me and asked if they have arrived in their JHB South branch. He told me no, it is with him in Germiston. I told him I was asked which branch is convenient to me for pick-up of the documents and I said JHB South branch. Then he said he'll arrange a courier and send them. He promised to keep me posted. Since then I haven't heard anything from him nor anyone. I'm stuck with a car that has a expired licence disc 😡😡😡😡😡
