Outstanding Natis documents 2 months later!!!

My mom bought a vehicle on the 22nd of Nov 2022. She was told she will receive her Natis document in 2 weeks. 2 months later still no documents, no feedback, customer care service is unhelpful and we are being told someone will phone us back but no one ever does. License disc has expired so my mother can't drive the vehicle.
