Outstanding Licence and Registration documents
I purchased a vehicle on 3 September 2024 from We Buy Germiston Branch and have not received the License and Registration documents. I send communication to Ms. Thandekile Mabuza who assisted me with the paperwork etc. and the emails are read however no response is provided. The salesperson Mr. Ismeal Moussa advised me two weeks ago that the waiting period is normally 21 working days and this period is exceeded. Please assist

21 Oct 2024, 15:13Good afternoon. Can you please advise on the progress on this matter. Today is officially the last day of grace period to drive the car. The temporary disk expired on 30 September 2024. I use my car for work daily and I need the license and registration documents urgently.
