Our Rep Ansu was amazing but the whole buying experience is very tedious and time consuming. The paperwork took us 1hr 45mins to complete - and this was because they had all my details already on file - if they didn't have this, it would have taken double the time. I feel this should be sorted out to make the whole process quicker and stress free.
