Our Love For WeBuyCar has been Restored by the Staff at Bracken Gate Western Cape

Visited WeBuyCars BrackenGate on 29-05-2023. As we entered by reception a friend staff member waved for our attention and asked how he can assist us, we advised him that we are here to collect a Logbook and he showed us where to go. The ladies that sew assisting my wife the vehicles documents were so friendly and we felt so welcomed, after my last visit to WBC KZN Springfield Branch I thought I was never going to set foot again at Webuycars, but the service here was priceless!

My wife and decided to speak to one of the manager at Bracken Gate regarding the experience we have in Springfield branch when our car broken down in less than a month. After expelling to him that the car whole engine packed up in 3 weeks, while *Dekra Report states - Average Minor defects on Engine, Gearbox, Drivetrain were detected - the function is not impaired*. He was shocked and said a whole engine blowout is not a minor defect. He then called one of the Higher Mangers and explained him, he came and greeted my Wife and I shook our hands and sincerely apologised and asked us to please log the concern again and someone else we look into to it.
