Our amazing sales agent Siyanda Magoda was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, caring and answered all of our questions. Her and Ronald Rammutla were so kind and friendly and walked us through the process. The only annoying part was the invoicing team who took forever to process our account and constantly wanted different documents like our CK documents after we submitted all the documents they required they then wanted an alternative bank account. That process was frustrating, annoying and took forever. Honestly, had it not been for Siyanda and Ronald we would’ve left. We buy cars please fix your invoicing department team, they will make you lose a lot of clients. Again thank you to Siyanda and Ronald, your service was exceptional.
