ONLINE FINANCE APPLICATION

The service was or is utter bull****.. I have app**** for finance in the beginning of July 2022 actually the 6th to be exact, a day after I received an email from F&I letting me know that it has been approved and now I had to send the required documents. In excitement, I did as requested and sent them through on the 7th of July 2022… Guess what?? They went mute!! I have been trying to follow up with the F&I on email but it’s as if I am talking to my self. Today being the 21st of July the car is now marked “Sale in progress” one thing I know is that it’s been sold to someone else which is unfair because if my application was then later declined for whatever reason I think I should have been notified so I stop nagging on email…

I have referred 3 people to we buy cars before and they were not treated like this and they got their cars.. now all I am getting is lemons
