I feel very disappointed in We Buy Cars. Today I bid on a car. I was shown on my screen that I was the highest bidder and I was eagerly watching the countdown timer. I felt elated as the timer counted down and it seemed that the car was going to be mine when at 10 seconds suddenly the timer was reset and started counting down from 60 seconds.

And this kept happening again and again. It would count down and then the clock would reset. I took a screen recording of this because I just could not believe how ********* they were being. It's like the auction hammer falling and the auctioneer saying "Just Kidding". I looked on their site to see where there is an explanation of how this is supposed to work and there is nothing. I am truly shocked.
