Online auction of vehicles with incorrect odometer readings.
Webuycars put vehicles on auction knowing that the odometer readings is false and that the vehicle for that reason will not have a valid service plan. When you buy a vehicle on the auction and figure out that the kms on the meter is false and that there are no service plan and booklet, they cancel the transaction but keep your R4000 auction fee.
