ONLINE AUCTION **** AND INCORRECT DEKRA REPORT

Extreme disappointment with the online auction. I bid on a chevy spark lite LS for R60 000, after reading the DEKRA report that the vehicle has no oil leaks, coolant is very good, suspension is shup. Since it is a second hand vehicle you would expect minor issues with the vehicle. After payment, on Monday 6th Nov I went to pick the car up. We waited for more than two hours to sort the vehicles papers out, problem with my info, this that, gate pass. Eventually after getting the vehicle I realized that the indicators weren't working. I switched the lights on then the car losses power immediately. Yet on the DEKRA pictures shows light and everything working. After driving for sometime, the car started completely shutdown on the highway. Eventually I got to kick start it and drove again and on the N3 south it died again. When I checked the coolant, there was mud in the engine. When I phoned the sales person Anthony, he told me that it could be from the car standing in their premises that causes that. BS!!!! Mud, no vehicle get mud in the coolant from just standing, not even after a year, I even showed him pictures of the mud in the coolant. They than asked me to take it to an approved workshop to get it checked out and I should send the quotation to them. I organised a tow truck to pick me up and take it to the car service in Boksburg. After getting the quotation, they said no they will get a rollback from boksburg to Dome, and have it repaired at their workshop. After reviewing they come back, it will be too expensive to get a tow truck. Anthony said they will pay for the damages, but not the battery. I agreed to take that upon myself. Then they came back, Friday... no I must get a quotation to that excludes the battery....I F....n did that.

Now, after all the organizing and final quotation for them to pay for their LIES (which OBVIOUSLY they knew of). Tells me they cannot pay for it, I need to log a complaint on the website. THE F....N NERVE THEY HAVE F....NG A PERSON AROUND TO DO THEIR WORK AND COME BACK A WEEK LATER AND SAYS THIS ****....

ANYONE PLEASE HELP, WHAT LEGAL ACTION CAN I TAKE AGAINST THEM FOR ALL COSTS, INCLUDING MY AIRTIME, R60 000.00 EXCL THE DOCUMENT COSTS, PETROL, MY TIME AND EVEN THE STRESS GIVEN (IF THERE IS SUCH)
