On the 10/05/2025 I went to webuycars Polokwane to collect my car,And i received the worst service from Shawnan as he didn't pitch for our appointment and he keeped lying that he was on the way. I waited 3 hours for nothing The 5 stars🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟Goes to Kenneth when he realised that no one was willing to assist me,despite having 3 clients to assist he offered to help,and he was as efficient as ever. Friendly,Knowledgeable and Excellent customer care.He was able to turn my bad experience into a great one.His willingness and ability to multi-task was exceptional.I left the warehouse with my Car,happy and satisfied.I glad there are still people out there who are still willing to go extra mile for customers even if they have nothing to gain.Thank you Kenneth
