On initial review, we were happy with the service but now 2 months down the line, nothing has actually gone to plan. There is no after sales service and Felisha needs a good lesson on how to communicate properly. She ignores phone calls and cannot plan anything until we, the customers chase her up. My car was rated Gold sticker so needed a few things fixed by We Buy Cars.... still waiting after 2 months. We have had to drive to the actual store to deal with our issues as they are not addressed unless in person.
