On August 31,2024,I purchased a vehicle (2017 Suzuki Caiz 1.4 GLX Auto) from We Buy Cars Silverlakes Branch,but my excitement was short-lived within just a day and a half,I encountered problems with vehicle.When I tried to start the vehicle after it had been parked at my church,the engine would not run, and the system was not working.The remote was also not functioning.The vehicle was towed by my insurance.I lodged a complaint and demanded a refund.Kimberly Mngomozulu of We buy cars, informed me that the only option for a refund was to sell the vehicle back to them.This is unacceptable, considering the vehicle's defective condition and brief time I have owned it.My concerns is that a defective vehicle sold to me within a short period, unacceptable refund policy and poor communication and slow response times.
