On 20 February 2025 I purchase a used Renault Clio IV costing R116500.00 cash and within a week I noticed a red engine light on and I told the sales guy and he said it's normal I should not worry.I later took the car to Renault Northcliff for a diagnosis and they noted head gasket fault,sensor not working,overheating of engine.I took the quote to webuycars and they assigned Kyle Grant to my case and he advised I take the car to Jag auto as they work with them.They also noted the same problems as Renault and headoffice declined to pay for the repairs on my car as they said their dekra report didn't detect all those problems and that I should pay for the repairs myself.
