Old Tyres Recovery

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the salesman, Sabelo. When I purchased new tyres, I specifically requested that my old tyres be placed in the boot of my car. Sabelo assured me that this would be done and promised that I would be able to recover them.

Unfortunately, for over a month now, I have been sent from pillar to post trying to retrieve my tyres. Despite numerous WhatsApp messages and repeated follow-ups, there has been no resolution and very poor communication from Sabelo.

I expected honesty, professionalism, and accountability, but instead I have experienced frustration and wasted time. Customers should not have to chase after their own property after clear arrangements were made. This experience has left me very dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided.
