Oil leak not detected on report but has oil leaks

I purchased a vehicle at WeBuyCars Lansdowne branch but did not have the opportunity to view it as I am very busy but needed a car. I trusted the report they provided and eveything checked out and I was happy to go ahead. On the day of collection, the first thing I checked was if it has an oil leak and it did have a oil leak. I told the salesman I was not going to take the car coz the report said it did not have any oil leaks or else I wouldn't have gone ahead with the sale. The salesman said 3 mechanics looked at it and said there was no oil leaks, I went ahead and collected the car. The car stood overnight and I saw the next morning the car is still leaking oil, I messaged the salesman and he is just blue ticking me after saying that if it has an oil leak I can bring it back. I understand WBC sell 2nd hand cars but do proper inspections tests man and they need to fix this oil leak. I will await their response.
