NP 200 JZ90PZGP - Concern Over License Disc Expiry Date Discrepancy
I’m reaching out because I’ve reached a point of complete frustration with Webuycars—it’s truly exhausting dealing with one issue after another. The latest problem involves my vehicle license disc, which shows an expiry date of 30 April 2025, but when I went to renew it at the post office, the system indicated it only expires in December 2025.
I’m deeply concerned about this discrepancy and worried about what complications might arise from it. At this point, given my past experiences, I’m not optimistic about a smooth resolution.
Could you please advise on how this can be resolved without further hassle? I’d really appreciate clarity on what steps I should take next.
Looking forward to your guidance.
Hi Karabo, *** I hope you're doing well. First, I’d like to sincerely apologize for my earlier behavior—it wasn’t directed at you personally. My frustration stems from ongoing issues with Webuycars, and I deeply regret purchasing a car through them due to the endless problems.
You’re correct that I bought the car on 10 January and collected the license disc, which shows an expiry date of 30 April 2025 (as attached). However, when I went to renew it at the post office, the system indicated the disc only expires in December 2025. This is a major discrepancy, and I’m completely confused about how this could happen.
Given the inconvenience this has caused, I’d appreciate guidance on the best way to resolve this without having to take time off work, make repeated calls, or escalate the matter on social media/email. What steps should I take next?
Looking forward to your advice.
Kind regards, Derrick
