Not their salt worth

Bought a car from We Buy Cars in PE.Since i live in a different Municipality district i was advised that they would contact me within 21 days to renew the car license since car was transferred onto my name. On 20 October i emailed the sales person and the admin person who did the paper work to follow up on this matter.... emailed was never answered. Phoned the call centre in November and they advised the branch will revert back to me which the admin lady did and admitted that the procedure is to contact the client within 21 days but she will just see what happened and liaise with her assistant. I asked please to sort it asap as my car license expires end November. It has been 5 days since and no communication whatsoever was received back. For such a big company that advertise broadly i think their after service is absolutely pathetic. Not to talk about a problem with the car that was only bought to my attention after accepting a finace plan and then the premium went up in price due to a repair that was added to the sale.
