Not satisfied with salesman at Lansdowne branch

This is a review about a salesman (Imraan) at the Lansdowne branch. I asked him for a evaluation of a particular vehicle and he sent it to me and there were some red flags and I did not go ahead with the sale. I then asked him for another evaluation on another car and he refused to do so. I assume coz he thinks I'm wasting his time by not going ahead with the sale. I've worked with many other salesman at all the other WC branches and the salesman allllways send me evaluations nevermind I take it or not. I'm sorry but this is unacceptable and his attitude should change coz it's not always about making sales/commission but always important to assist a customer whether or not they buy the vehicle.
