Not roadworthy vehicle

I bought a car 18 January 2022, I was told the car was going to be fixed all the problems as I was charged extra for the car to be 100%, car was fetched on the 28th of January the car got stucked first day I informed the sales consultant the problem Sameday he advice me to send email and call complaints they always drop my call but no luck the car is overheating, aircon when it's on the engen goes off, car raving non stop, funny sound by the gear box bt the way the car was bought for R 199 000 but it's not working I'm a consultant I can't see my clients due to not to have car and I already paid my insuarance debit order will go off next 2 weeks for something I can't use
