Not Refunded my Deposit for No reason.

I been at we buy car Midrand branch on 31th of October to buy a car, we helped by Y.... and showed me couple of the car i asked, finally i choose a BMW 2022 Model to purchase. consultant asked me to pay refundable R5000.00 first to book the car then continue purchasing, i paid that amount by an Nedbank card machine and then we back to car for second view and i find a non repaired damaged on left back door and ask from consultant about it, he told me that didnt know about it. i asked him talk to management for better price because of damaged and repair cost. he called them and management refused to drop the price and i immediately ask for refund my deposit. now is exactly 30 days i calling them every second day for my money and promising to get refund during next 48 hours and this hours not passed over last 30 days.
