RIVERHORSE VALLEY DURBAN BRANCH Thank you Mbuso for the first class service and respect you afforded my Elderly Sister and I today (21/8/23) keep up the good work. FIVE STARES TO YOU. BUT I can't say the same for the company, no customer care at all, we sat there from 09h00 till 13h30, weren't offered a cup of tea or even a glass of water. We needed to get to the bank because the Ned Bank app would not allow us to transfer the money, but we could not get authorization to get a curtsy car to get us there because everyone was in a meeting.
