Not impressed

After purchasing a vehicle on auction at from the PE branch, I had to phone multiple times to get an answer from the salesman, regarding shipping the vehicle to Cape Town. The vehicle was sent to Cape Town and once again I had to follow up three times regarding when I would be able to collect the vehicle from Brackenfell branch. Just to find out the vehicle was delivered to the branch two weeks prior. When collecting the vehicle I had to wait more than two hours to collect the vehicle as no one was aware I will be collecting, no paperwork was in order and the vehicle was dirty.
