Not happy with you're service anymore

I bought all my cars from we buy cars always had great service before recently I've bought a car from them a Ford Fiesta 1.6tdci about 5months ago I only drove the car 2months then the timing belt broke..... I've specifically asked them about that I even let them send the car in to a Bosch service center in jhb to replace all faulty parts which they only changed the break pads disc's and shocks they said that the car recently had a major service and the timing belt was replaced the car has been standing over 10weeks now at a service center and I have no coaparation from we buy cars.... They keep taking time on the process especially their call center charlston that doesn't answer he. S phone or dropping the phone...... I've ask them to return the car they agreed to do so after that I've waited two weeks on struggling to get hold of them they said I've driving the car to long they can't take the car back I must put in a claim by Inovation so I did that as well then they came out after they said the car must not be stripped it needs to be inspected the way it is..... Then they arrived and said they have to come back after the car is stripped now they charge me personally R 850 to come out for an second assessment I won't recommend Inovation or we buy cars for any further purchases and I almost went back to buy an Everest with them now I'll rather take my business elswhere
