Not happy with unprofessional service.

Bought a Venter Trailer from them on 02 September 2021, paid cash and had to take the trailer home with no license disk or registration papers as they could not be found. They however promised to supply them within 21 days, after numerous telephone calls and emails I am back where I started. Bought the trailer to go on holiday and transport my disabled partners wheelchair and walker. Cant say the service is bad because its non existent. Their telephone communication equipment is shocking you can barely heir what either party is saying. I bought a used Venter trailer and my tax Invoice reads Tobago Bowrider, with Evinrude 120? I will not be buying from them again and would not recommend anyone else doing so either.
