NOT HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE RECEIVED ON THE CAR

I have brought a car at we buy car silver lake 25 July 2024, I have test drive the car and the car was driven nice and the decker report was on gold mean the car do not have many defeats, and on the report it only say the problem was the Axels only, I have continue paying for the car and later when I was there I discovered that the car has a water leak as it was consuming too much water while I was there and I was told by the sales person that It only a bust pipe which the have changed but still the water was coming out and I told them I am going to Limpopo with the car, along my way I have stop couple of time put I water, the next morning on the 26july 2024 I called my sales person which I was advised to login to the we buy car’s website to lodge a complaint, my case was or is been handled by the lady called Kimberly which I’m failing to can hold of her and she is not even calling me back until today when she call and told me that they cannot help me with my case and she said she will call me with an hour even now I am still waiting for her, the car that I am talking about does not even have 15 days with me but already I cannot be help by we buy cars, CAN WHOEVER SHE THE LADY TO CALL ME BACK PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!😰😰😰😰😰😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
