Not happy with the Evaluation Price

Good day Sir/Madam

I am a customer who is not happy with the evaluation amount for the vehicle that i bought from WeBuyCars(Johannesburg South Branch). I just want to find out how can a vehicle bought within 2weeks lose about R30000,00 when even the kilometers are not more by 100 from day of delivery?

I'm very much not happy with this amount. Their explaination is that when they traded-in the vehicle before they bought for more and only found after that they have paid more yet the vehicle trades less.

I feel that as a customer i'm being ********** because their mishaps.
