NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICES I'M RECEIVING.... 😔😔😔

I went to the Germiston branch on Friday 22/04/2022 to inquire about a vehicle I am interested in. The gentleman who assist me with the whole process (Mohammeds) asured me I will get feedback by Saturday 23/04/2022 today four days later I have not received any feedback when I spoke to Mohamad this morning he advised me he will give me feedback back by 12 midday and still I haven't gotten any feedback instead when I call the lady I just spoke to told me that I have been pre arroved by two banks and also gave me Shocking news that I am second option on the vehicle of which I was never told of that when I did my application.I am yet to get any response and when ever I call I am given the run around and been told there is no one @the Germiston brunch to take my call... I'm really not happy with the service I'm receiving😔😔😔😔
