Not happy with car status disclosure and service delivery at we buy cars silver lakes, and warranty innovation group

I bought a bmw 1 series 2013 model at we buy cars silver lakes branch on the 18th of May 2022 and few weeks down the line on the 13th June 2022 the car broke down, it just decided to stop along the way, the car was stated to be a category A at the dealership and they stated it doesn't have any problems but when I got the car the automatic stop start system was not working, some of the things were missing from the car like the car boot tray, and car cigarette lighters... And because I also purchased it with a warranty I towed it back to the dealership now when I call to know about the status they tell me they are still assessing the vehicle and they will have to get approval from innovation warranty to fix, now Its been few days and i am struggling to go to work without a car... Why is it that when they want their money it must be due in time but the services we get must be a long process
