Not a pleasant experience at We Buy Cars Dome

I collect my Volvo V4 R-design Saturday 03/12 at the Dome. I arrived at 10h00 to finalize my trade in. I was assisted by Rowan C. After checking documents and signing, Rowan said all is good and I can go to collect my Volvo. I was then assisted by Dipolello in finance. After sorting out the last bit of docs with Dipolello she mentioned that Rowan did not fill out the trade form completely. We then had to walk all the way back to get it filled properly. I did it all again with another buyer. We then went back to Dipolello's office to sort out the last issue. Dipolello told me we are done and Lindo (my sales assistant) needs to bring the vehicle for its last inspection. I waited another 30 minutes. Lindo then told me the washers were too busy to wash my new car. As we did the inspection I noticed the "Battery Low" warning sign before starting the car. Lindo said the washers put my radio on very loud while it stood there. I finally left at 13h00. 10 minutes after leaving my Engine Light came on! This was not disclosed to me!
