Not a happy customer

Does webuycars even have a complaints department. They Say one must email, but one never gets response from them. Paid for a part that was on back order with their supplier. Due to incorrect information, it has been 5 months since i bought the car, and the part i paid for, is not in my car as yet. Getting no response from their complaints department whatsoever.
