Non Refunded Deposit

Webuycars doesn't return a deposit! I purchased a vehicle from them more than a month ago, for which I paid a reservation deposit. I then requested a refund for the deposit and I am am still waiting for that deposit to be refunded, even though the website indicates 72 hours and the automated email response indicates 5 days, it's been, at very least, three weeks since I submitted all the required paperwork. I have not even recieved proper feedback from the customer care centre.

The sales guy was great and they are extremely quick to take ones money, but it looks like these people have no interest in returning funds paid as a deposit/reservation fee.
