Non functional car
So firstly I was under the impression we buy cars sells working cars 😂 was that a joke . Please do not waste your time buying here . The dekra report for their cars is incorrect and secondly their after sales customer service is pathetic. And thirdly they will refuse to assist you and sell you a non working car . You have to chase the agents for a resolution Of which they find time to argue instead of providing a resolution. I received a car within the month of December it stopped working , switched off and now we buy cars mentions that they will not assist . PLEASE DO NOT BUY CARS HERE . THEY WILL NOT ASSIST YOU . PATHETIC REALLY YOU **** HARDWORKING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY??!?!

I am currently pregnant and the amount of care that the agents have is baffling 😂
I sold them a working functional car and in return I have this trash .
WE NEED TO TOW OUR CAR THAT WAS PURCHASED A FEW WEEKS AGO FROM WE BUY CARS .
THE AGENTS RESPONSE WHICH I HAVE RECORDED FOR LEGAL PURPOSES IS BASICALLY WE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU EVEN THOUGH THE REPORT IS INCORRECT
