Non existing after sales

My son has been without a vehicle for 3 weeks. Vehicle faulty. A vehicle with very "low mileage" having top gasket problems. Its being returned to them. They received the settlement letter from the bank on Friday already. No payment yet. He cannot purchase another vehicle before this one isnt settled. Cannot travel to work. Public transport is too dangerous (Cape Town City Bowl) - travelling with a very expensive Company Laptop.
