Non existent customer care We Buy Cars!!

Customer service is too notch when selling a car. The service is unbelievable but get this, buy a car and have a problem and you are in for a long haul. Bought a small Chevy and have problems with a car that were not mentioned in the Dekra report. Mileage and speedo have been tampered with. Be careful guys. This company covers itself with all the fine print. If you buy be very sure of what you buy and dont trust the mileage displayed!! 3 months later and no resolution to my case. No interest from We Buy Cars. It takes them a month to respond to an e-mail. They dont return calls! What a nightmare!! Customer care is non existent! The car i bought i cannot use for the intended purpose as we dont know the actual mileage! I cannot re-sell without disclosing the false mileage as this is a crime!! But yet We buy cars can sell tampered vehicles to the public and cover themselves with fine print in the contract! They intentionally withheld serious problems on the car including the Dekra report. Shame on you guys!!
