Non existent after sales support! once the sale is done nobody cares about the customer
Good day.
Please can someone assist me , I have sent to date 7 emails , tried to call the call center numerous times with no answer.
I am trying to get the all my documents pertaining to my purchase in December.
The after service support is shocking! Once the sale is made nobody answers you or is interested in assisting you anymore.
