Non-existent after sales service

Purchased a vehicle in October for R90k We took it for COR and it came back with a repair account for R150k! Spoke to WeBuyCars Germiston (Neelan) and was told to send through all paperwork which was done on 26 October 2022. Since then it's been impossible to get any feedback except a few internal emails where WBC staff ask each other to assist. Messaged on FB a week ago and was called and told the salesman did not log the case correctly and I would be called back later that day, still waiting.... all while we fit a rental car account which is now going on 4 weeks!
