Non disclosure of accident and suspended motor plan

Upon visiting the center and checking out the vehicle for a vehicle listed on Autotrader (https://www.autotrader.co.za/car-for-sale/bmw/4-series/m440i/***2?vf=1&db=1&s360=0&so=1&pl=0&po=1 ) there was no disclosure of prior accident on the website and dekra report nor did the salesperson disclose that after being asked numerous times and non-disclosure of suspended BMW maintenance, Had I not taken the VIN to BMW for confirmation of maintenance plan I wouldn't have known of the accident and the suspension of the plan. Not happy with pre-sales, I understand we all trying to make a buck but disclose.
