Nobody makes contact after complaint and STILL No refund after paying "full refundable" deposit !!

I was upset as We Buy Cars Silver Lakes told me I can 'provisionally book a car" if I pay a FULL refundable R5000-00 until I test drive the car. When I drove the car I told Ponthso, the sales guy that I'm not happy as the radio was not working and there was a what he told me earlier in the day regarding financing etc was not true. I asked that my deposit be shifted to another car, a Picanto. I did not test-drive the Picanto and requested my refund LAST week!! They rep**** saying they will take a percentage of as I did not take the car (with the broken radio) and that I in turn reserved another car...I was NOT informed that they have a policy that if you test-drive a car you forfeit the deposit...I was told on mutiple times that I will get the full refund.....within 3 days.... The only reply from them was that a manager is looking at the call...even on this forum...seems they don't care and that they have an automated "we will contact you " response
