No spare wheel in vehicle

Good day

I purchased a vehicle from your Dome branch in December 2022.

The sales operator did not do a full vehicle check with me and as a result when I got home I noticed that the vehicle had no spare wheel.

I sent her an SMS and she did not reply me. When I called her she told me that the vehicle came like that and was sold like that.

When I looked at the key tag I got, it noted that the vehicle had a Spare wheel and a spare key.

I drove to your branch when I went to collect my documents and I was advised that I should address the matter with the customer care team.

It has been 2 weeks and your customer care has not rep****. I called now and I was advised to complain on the website yet the website sends you back to sending the email.
