No service from the Dome branch

1. I purchased a car on the 15th December. 1 month later I still don't have a license disk while the temporary license has expired. I don't yet have feedback on when the disk will be issued, despite numerous communications and promises. 2. On final inspection of the car I noticed that the spare mag was on the back seat. I was informed that the tyre was removed when the vehicle was cleaned and that it would be refitted. The car was delivered with no tyre fitted for the spare, numerous promises were made about following up with head office and getting the issue resolved. One month later and nothing has happenned.
