No service from the customer care team
I sold my car to WeBuyCars.co.za on the 4th of February 2023 Subsequenctly, i get a notice of a traffic fine for a fine on the 14th February the car has not been in my possession since 4th of February. I have logged a concern and received one response since then, this service is atrocious in sorting out this matter.
