No service for people... don't believe there will be service on products

What a joke of a place. First I go there to the warehouse in Richmond, and NO one wanted to give me service or assist me with questions. Then I decide to try and get a call back via thier site, low and behold... it tells me that my cell number is incorrect. Then after calling and speaking to someone, telling them that I am interested In purchasing a vehicle, I have still not been contacted. Apparently a Xavier Hendricks would have contacted me. Sorry but you definetly are not that busy that you can't give a 5 min call. You have lost a sale aswell as I will make sure that if anyone mentions your name that they shouldn't deal with the likes of you. Maby try starting a business where you don't require customer service.
