No Roadworthy refund!!!

I bought a vehicle on 2022-07-15 from We Buy Cars Brackenfell. Vehicle was purchased on "Cash Retail" and I paid it in full. I also opted for We Buy Cars to do the License and reg. which was included on the invoice and also paid. Vehicle was delivered in PE (via courier) and I took possession of the vehicle on 2022-07-28. No License and reg. done.

I received the new number plates and Natis on 2022-09-19, BUT NO LICENSE DISC! After a lot of back and forth and inquiring with the salesperson and FNI, I was informed on 2022-09-22 that the roadworthy has expired and that I need to take it to the Roadworthy Centre to re-do the Roadworthy. I took off work and did Roadworthy the same day. The salesperson promised to have the amount I paid for the Roadworthy, refunded to me, which is still not done. I sent photo proof to him as well as 2 call centre agents to confirm that Roadworthy is done. I did receive the license disc in the meantime, but no refund was made for the roadworthy. I can't get hold of the Sales Executive of Brackenfell to vent my frustration or to get feedback from!!!

I have logged 10 complaints on their website, was contacted only twice by their call centre agents and that where it stops.
