No returned property!!
On the 7th March 2025, I sold my car to We Buy Cars, it had a personalized number plate and I had to pay R1500 for an “upliftment fee” with the understanding that I will get back the two number plates. The sales person Marinus ensured me it will take a few days then I will have my plates back, well after numerous messages on WhatsApp and follow ups from my side I have now been informed my plates are missing (gone). The last message send (29 May 2025) to him was read BUT on reply . . . . I would have expected an “above board” company as I was led to believe We Buy Cars was would at least replaced the plates as it is my property. We Buy Cars Cape Town (Somerset West)
